Yếu tố 1: Xây dựng UY TÍN trên cộng đồng mạng
Chắc ai cũng hiểu điều này. Khi bạn ra làm ăn kinh doanh mà chữ TÍN bạn cũng bán rẻ luôn thì chắc chắn sự nghiệp của bạn phá sản ngay sau đó. UY TÍN ở đây không chỉ là lời hứa mà từ những sản phẩm, dịch vụ bạn đang kinh doanh.
Gần đây người ta đưa ra những từ như: CAM KẾT rồi đến hoàn tiền 100%,…rất nhiều lời hứa như vậy. Chứng tỏ rằng niềm tin trong xã hội ngày nay đã bằng 0 chả ai tin ai. Mua rau sạch, an toàn thì bị trộn rau bẩn, rau hóa chất. Heo, Bò, Gà thì bơm nước, Tôm thì bơm rau câu,…
Như thế đấy,
Cho nên việc xây dựng UY TÍN bạn cần phải đặt lên hàng đầu. Dù có như thế nào đi chăng nữa cũng không được bán rẻ nó.
Yếu tố 2: Chuyên môn phải giỏi
Cái này thì khỏi phải bàn rồi. Vì sở trường của bạn mà bạn không giỏi thì bạn giỏi cái gì? Nếu bạn có thêm nhiều sở đoản thì quá tốt. Nhưng lưu ý là phải xuất sắc sở trường thì bạn mới đỉnh được. Hãy làm người giỏi nhất trong số những người giỏi thì bạn mới khác biệt còn không thì ….
Có bạn hỏi tôi muốn giỏi nhất thì làm gì anh? Câu hỏi có ý muốn thách tôi, nhưng hơi thiếu tư duy.
Tôi trả lời: Bạn muốn giỏi nhất cài nào đó thì bạn phải biết ai đang là người giỏi nhất cái bạn đang muốn giỏi. Để làm gì? Để bạn học người giỏi nhất, chứ không lẻ đi học những người dở ah.
Yếu tố 3: Kỹ năng giao tiếp, tư vấn và nhiều kỹ năng khác.
Cái này thì người Miền Tây còn chưa quan tâm lắm. Bạn nên rèn luyện, học tập để nâng cao các kỹ năng như: giao tiếp, tư vấn, ra quyết định, làm việc nhóm,…kể cả những kỹ năng đọc, viết,…phát âm cho đúng chính tả.
Tôi về Cần Thơ sống và làm việc hơn 6 năm. Người Cần Thơ phát âm chữ R thành chữ G thật khó nghe gì đâu: ăn cơm gồi. Nghe muốn xỉu. Nếu bạn không có được những kỹ năng giao tiếp, kỹ năng tư vấn tốt thì việc kinh doanh online phá sản chắc.
Vì thông thường khách hàng sẽ gọi điện thoại cho bạn trước khi họ quyết định mua hàng của bạn.
Yếu tố 4: Công nghệ thông tin – Thương mại điện tử.
Ngày nay kinh doanh online mà bạn không có kiến thức về công nghệ thông tin thì bạn sẽ gặp ít nhiều khó khăn rồi. Nếu bạn biết thì lợi thế thuộc về bạn. Bạn sẽ không tốn nhiều chi phí thuê bên ngoài.

I know how frustrating it can be to put something together, to put many, many days and hours of work into something and then to launch it and then not know what’s working, because we don’t know what we should be expecting. I’m going to take you through a simple value ladder and tell you what sort of metrics you should be looking at on each stage.
How to market online? ProfileTree welcomed Adam Pearce of Blend Commerce to our studio to discuss online selling, Shopify and much more.
The Blend Commerce co-founder, speaking via a Zoom video link, shared some of his Shopify and online marketing expertise.
He began by outlining the specialism offered to businesses by Blend Commerce, who simply aim to help companies make sure their Ecommerce offer is “the best it can possibly be”.
“We sometimes say we’re a holistic team as, when we started the business, there were Shopify developers and Shopify marketers. However, there wasn’t really anyone you could go to who could say ‘look, we can actually help your business from business planning stage all the way through to that marketing piece.
“As a marketer I joined Peter who is a developer so we can offer that full package, so when a client comes to us and they say ‘we want to really grow our business this year’ it might be that one client is going to get a newly redesigned Shopify store with marketing.
“Or it might be that they have a great Shopify store but they aren’t using the data and information they generate from that to market it effectively.
“So when people come to us, we’ve got a team of lots of different people in-house. We have a team of people who’ll help a business grow online and are always going to be using Shopify as the Ecommerce platform of choice.”
Adam explained why Shopify is seen as such a pivotal platform by Blend Commerce and its clients.
“Shopify is quite an interesting story as it was started out by a group of developers who are also snowboarders. They wanted to start selling snowboarding equipment online.
“If you were a business looking to sell online it was very much geared up for bigger businesses and massive investment with loads of technical skill needed. He said ‘there needs to be an easier way to do this so guys like us can sell online’.
“What he did was take a coding language called Ruby on Rails and adapted that and wrote his own coding language called Liquid. Off the back of that they were able to build their own platform to enable them to sell their snowboarding products online.”
The Blend Commerce explored the importance of marketing as an essential activity to make sure products being sold using an Ecommerce platform can reach the right audiences.
“We have a story blog on our website about a hotel in the desert. If you imagine a beautiful hotel with great food, great entertainment and great drinks and all that kind of stuff you’d expect, imagine that in the middle of the desert with no roads.
“If you have a fantastic asset and you haven’t got the routes to get people to it then, frankly, there isn’t any point.”

You can have the greatest product or service in the world, but if you can’t market it and get customers, then you’re doomed to fail.
While having a great product or quality service is important, what’s more important to understand is that the best product isn’t always the most prosperous one. I can point out MANY products that aren’t the best on the market, but are the most successful because of marketing.
An example of this is McDonalds – they don’t make the best hamburgers, there’s many better out there, yet their the #1 seller of hamburgers in the world.
Even when Apple released the iPod, there were many better MP3 players available, but Apple became the best because they had the best marketing.
Marketing is what wins, hands down, every time… in combination with an excellent product.
